Back to green and Cream

I came in the top 3 at Whoopsie daisy this week.
If you would like to see my card it is here.

Last Thursday Hobart was hotter than any other capitol in Aussie,
and Friday we were the coldest.
Friday we had 3 cruise ships in port for a day of sightseeing.

Have chosen to use the sketch at Gem of a challenge this week.
Must say there have been some stunning sketches around
one is spoilt for choice.
I have gone with the green and cream again today as I found this piece of
DP that must be years old so I wanted to use it up.
Oh I am being sooooo good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
With no craft shop close by I am learning to use up what I have.

There is Lace, Ribbon And Pearl around this week so I have had a ball

I have chosen to use Betsy Bluebell who is rather a cutie.

Am entering this in:
Totally Papercraft 104 - Ribbon and or Bows
Allsorts Challenge 142 - Anything goes
Sweet Stamping - 3 in a row. I have chosen Lace ribbon and Pearls
Make it Monday 77 - Where anything goes.

Colour Bingo

I have been trying for the last week to get this made for the
Penny Black @ Allsort challenge.
Finally made it.

They are having a colour Bingo challenge which is great and you don't even have to have
a Penny Black stamp so why not join in.
I adore this little Hedgie she is so cute and just the right size to fit my circle.
The paisley paper looks rather yellow but I can assure you it is green.
I chose to use White Cream and Green.
Never used to use green at one stage was not my favorite colour
but quite like it now.

just loved it but seem to have altered it slightly.
Hope that is alright.

Am entering this in:

Penny Black @ Allsorts - Colour bingo
Make it Monday - Where anything goes

Thanks for dropping in you are most welcome.

All on a summers day

I have followed the sketch on Whoopsie Daisy today and used my digi once again.
Can't show you the sketch because I can't find where I put it on the computer. Doh.

I masked her feet and used one of my Stamp It stamps called Small tufted grass
to try to get a more realistic ground for her to stand on.  Then I just grabbed a handful
of G copics and doodled some grass in between.
I thought it looked terrible on the card and almost binned it but have to say it
looks much better on the photo.
The background paper is sooo pretty and I got it at a local art store that I haven't visited for
months as I don't go to town much these days.
Shame it got covered up so much.
Also the punched strip in the middle never used the punch before.
Will have to remedy that so look out for it in future.

Think the card looks summery, so
for all  of you that are enduring frost and snow
maybe it will warm you a little.
In 15 days it will be offically Autumn here.

Am entering this in:

Whoopsie daisy - Sketch
Make it Monday - Where anything goes
Paper pretties - Monday challenge - Use Flowers.

Thank you for dropping in you are most welcome.

Dreaming?

I haven't inked a Maggie up for a while so thought I needed to.
This isn't a Valentine card but could well be with Tilda
dreaming of her beau.
I cut the leaves out of a rather over powering green but some chalk
soon put paid to that and then I edged them with my
Galaxy gold Brilliance pad.
It just catches the light and looks good but doesn't photograph well.
I followed the Sketch on Totally Gorjuss.

I am entering this in:
Totally Gorjuss - Sketch
Make it Monday - Where anything goes
Allsorts challenge - Free and easy.
Just  Magnolia - Anything goes.

Thanks for dropping by you are most welcome.
